Gone downhill so much. Cheap labour staff who don't care. Need to start hiring proper staff. Quality is no where near what it used to be Corporate needs to take over this location
Our server Vrinda is very exceptional and friendly. Very impressive
Me and my partner were sitting there for almost 15 minutes and nobody came to take our order. I politely smiled at our host (teen girl with braids, piercings & dermals) but she ignored us. Felt very racially profiled but ignored it and thought to walk out. While walking out we did say to the host at the entrance about our experience and he smirked and said “okay”. Terribly disappointed. Dont hire teens if u cant make them work.
