UPDATE: We were contacted by the GM directly of BP Kenaston and he was sincerely apologetic for our experience and kindly offered to buy us dinner. We did take him up on his offer as a take-out as we were still apprehensive. The food was great, however, the order was missing two meals. We went out for dinner yesterday for my sister in laws birthday, the food was not very good, and our table and another table near us were not given cutlery. It was incredibly difficult to get service and we had to get up to find literally anyone to help us. Once we did get cutlery, they were very clearly grimy and still dirty. Incredibly disappointed with the food and the service.
Emily took forever to get our drinks tonight, she was the only one in the lounge with 4 tables and a bar top, no bartender or manager on for support. our pizza came out half burnt and took 20 minutes. really didn’t feel like me and my friends mattered at all.
