I recently had a pickup order at this Boston Pizza location, and the service was shockingly poor. I stood waiting for 15 minutes without any staff acknowledging me. To make matters worse, I watched as multiple customers walked in after me and were immediately attended to. Even the manager was present and seemed to actively avoid me. Pretty good BP, food was great, our server Sara was great, didn't have to wait for food very long. Overall great restaurant, except one minus for Boston Pizzas is that most servers dress up immodest. However Sara was fine (at least at that time)
Food was tasty and lunch menu portions were still a decent size. The restaurant was not that busy (we arrived after 1), but we waited for someone to come seat us, and had to flag someone down for the bill. The staff did help each other out, though
