Rachel is an absolutely amazing server! All the food came quickly and I was delighted with the service, I love this boston pizza.
We went there today for dine in , we ordered MEDITERRANEAN pizza with pineapple added to it but they just served us vegetarian pizza without pineapple and no straw with our drink and after this all we ordered brownie with ice cream to go they gave us this small piece of brownie without ice cream and charged us $6 for this small piece. Not coming back
We love this location more than most. The food is consistent and what you would expect from BP, but what's really fantastic is how well the team is managed and the teamwork from the support staff. Every visit we see Avi (manager) interacting with every table, he genuinely cares to ensure that every guest has a fantastic experience. Great job Avi and team!
My wife ordered the steak sandwich with fries. She ordered it rare. When it finally arrived it was the thinnest piece of grey coloured medium steak I've seen. It was tough and the thickness of a Big Mac patty. The plate just had some fries on the side. It had no presentation value. When the server asked how the meal was my wife said the the steak was tough. The server smiled nicely and said she was sorry. Dropped by this place and the service was really good. Despite it being busy for UFC night, our server, Kiersten, remained super friendly and attentive, and managed to get our orders out surprisingly fast. Food tasted great too!
