Terrible experience last night, the soup that was indicated soup of the day did not look like what it should have been, the service was bad and a cup fell next to our food which our food should have been free. We asked for ice cream for the kids and had to wait 15 mins. Told the manager that we didn't want it anymore but she insisted we waited for it, waited another 5 mins and nobody came out so we just left out of frustration. We usually go here with no issue but last night was pretty bad, its too bad this happened.
Although we didn't get to enjoy our meal at the restaurant as planned, I still wanted to take the time to recognize the wonderful service we received. We chose this particular location because my daughter had previously visited during a daycare field trip and had such a positive experience that we wanted to come back as a family.
