Rude service..misbehaving with customers..i could clearly hear them cursing at customers at the back
Very disappointed with my experience at Boston. The staff were rude and unprofessional — their behavior was completely unacceptable. I expected better customer service and respect. Definitely not a place I’d recommend until they improve how they treat customers.
This was my first visit to Boston Pizza at 2211 Mcphillips street and I was very impressed with the food and service and I will recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Slow service..no greetings. Rude employees
Which ever manger was working the bar side 2025/10/18 night. The manger thought it was professional to flip my friend and I the middle finger. Very unprofessional.
