0 star review. Called for a reservation at 5:34pm. Staff says it will be a 20 minute wait. Get to restaurant at 5:50pm, they have me sit to wait to be seated. 6:30pm they send a different staff member over to say it will be another 1.5 - 2 hour wait. They had me sit, with my four kids, being almost an hour on the list, to then tell me it's a 2 hour wait. Boston Pizza Regent get it together.
Not enough food for me to eat
Boston pizza? MORE LIKE BOSTON-NO- PIZZA!!! Came here with my team and gave us more DRINKS THEN PIZZAAAAAAA. WE GOT 1 PIZZA IN THE SPAN OF 1 HOURRRR!!!!!!!!!! WE NOW WILL ORDER SOME GYATT DARN DOMINOEEESSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!
Food is great as at any BP. Service here is terrible. We tried to give it another try last weekend and the same thing happens each time. Under-staffed or just bad service. The servers always take 10 mins to come & when they do, didn’t even ask for our drink order? Never mind anything else as we were obviously ready by the time. We walked out and went next door to pita pit. Got take out for lack of service & they forgot the wrap we ordered and we had to turn around and go back. UPDATE Oct 2025: they've put these ultra bright led lights in the bar now and you can barely see the tv's. Worse, they had 80's music playing instead of the audio feed for the ALCS. NOT my idea of a sports bar, sorry. The portions just keep getting smaller and smaller while the prices keep rising. We have gone here twice a month for years now but tonight was our last time. Finding out their pasta is made in the morning which is why it was as hard as a rock and paying $18 per (HALF sized) plate for it is totally unacceptable.... read more
