We went to Boston Pizza for my daughters birthday and they honestly went above and beyond for us. I dropped off a vase of flowers, her present, and the candles before we even arrived, and they were so nice to take care of everything for us. When it was time for dessert, they put the candles on it and sang Happy Birthday to her. They made her feel so special and made sure everyone with us felt included and taken care of the whole night. Today we went to this location after going and taking seven kids swimming. There were three adults and seven kids. We had close to $300 in charges between the 10 of us. We had a server and from the beginning it was a nightmare she mixed up drinks she brought extra drinks. She kept asking if everything was okay and we were already done from the drinks. Kassidy was super kind!
Ordered take out on DoorDash and the delivery driver messed up the bags. Called this location to have it fixed and had the pleasure of speaking to Kassidy. Best customer service from someone I’ve ever experienced in my life. Fixed the issue and then some, she was very pleasant, personable and awesome to talk to. I don’t live too close to this location but I will for sure order from here again or even come dine in just to experience her service again.
