Very disappointing experience at Boston Pizza tonight. We ordered 4 kids meals at 6:55 PM and were told the order would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived at 7:25 PM to pick it up and the order still wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting until 7:53 PM before it was finally handed to us almost an hour after placing the order. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. When we got home, we discovered that one of the cheese pizzas had no sauce at all, just cheese and dough.
