Drinks are always being refilled as they are finished, and timing of food delivery is always perfect. Never had to call for service when Kassidy and Kenzie were working. Always good service every time I have been to this location, can’t say the same for other locations. Will always choose this location
Had an amazing experience at this location. Food came promptly, was delicious, and my server Wilhelm was such a kind and friendly presence throughout dinner. A great place to come to socialize with friends and have a nice meal. I will be back!
Our recent trip to Boston Pizza with our three kids (8, 5, & 1) was underwhelming. Our server seemed very nice and most of the food was fine - nothing to write home about, but decent. There were a few issues: my 8-year-old’s burger came with the bun so over-toasted that he couldn’t bite into it and my 1-year-old’s “bugs and cheese” was completely swimming in sauce; we picked individual noodles out of the bowl and scraped off some sauce before giving them to him. Not much of a review person but I figured I'd throw this out there. I stop in here almost every Wednesday around lunch and usually get looked after by the regular server working mornings. Never had a complaint. Service is top notch. I came later on Canada Day, and I got a different server, and it was a completely different story. She seemed more interested in her phone than her tables, got part of my order wrong after I specifically asked for it a certain way, and I couldn't even flag her down to mention it, so I just ate ar... read more
Apparently there’s a rumour around town/city that everyone avoids this location. Every other Boston pizza location in surrey says this location is bad. So I called them today. They didn’t even answer. Can anyone agree to this?
