I recently had the opportunity to sit down and enjoy a meal at this Boston Pizza, their food has always been great and at this location in particular it was amazing. However what I wanted to point out is the amazing level of service that was given by Michaela, she was easy going, conversational and made my overall experience significantly better. Thank you for your hospitality and I will be definitely visiting again.
Had an amazing experience at Boston Pizza! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was friendly. Our server, Kyle, truly made the night special—he was attentive, professional, and had a great energy that made us feel right at home. He recommended the Garlic & Cheese Pull Apart Bread and the Spinach & Artichoke Dip to start, and they were both incredible! Kyle is 100% the best person I talked to in the building
Came here to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday just the two of us.. there was a large group dining that took up half the dining room. Our server was so busy with the other group we barely had any service at our table. The few times that the server did come to the table he was friendly. However, we rarely saw him. I had to flag down other servers for things. The service was so slow, not sure why they didn't assign someone else to our table so our server could focus on the other group.
