I had such a great experience at Boston Pizza! The service was outstanding — Riah was so attentive and friendly, and really made the visit enjoyable. The manager, Andrii, also checked in with us which was a really nice touch, and it shows how much they care about their guests. Every time we visit this location, we leave with the impression that we are not welcome, but last night was by far the worst experience. We arrived around 10:10 PM on a long weekend, with the posted closing time clearly marked as 12 AM. The restaurant was still full of customers eating and drinking, so we thought we had plenty of time. After about 10 minutes, a waitress came over and told us we had to leave because there was no food or drinks available—not even soda. Had an amazing experience at this Boston Pizza. Andrii (manager) and Riah (server) made us feel valued! The food was delicious and service was excellent. Ismet approached the table and made sure the whole experience was smooth.
Service was really good, near downtown. Manager Andrii was very helpful with the Table, He recommended the McCheese with buffalo chicken and he was right! Spicy and tasty like I wanted it Definitely I will come back!!! 😎
