The manager Chandler is amazing I'd give this place six stars if possible as he made my experience.
I got the pizza flight with my friends, it was super late and we felt bad for coming in close to their closing time but staff was super kind and accommodating! Chandler was our server and did a fantastic job, he even recommended the pizza flight and the dessert ‘panookies’ which was delicious. Will be coming again :)
Not a fan of chain restaurants generally but must compliment them on our recent experience. Garlic parm fries = delish. Server Samantha = fun, hilarious. More important than all the other elements of a dining experience is the quality of interaction with staff, and humor is always welcome. They helped my mother (in a wheelchair) in the bathroom. Good job, Boston Pizza.
