The service was terrible. We waited too long for our meal and way too long for the bill. Restaurant was nearly empty at the time, too. No excuse
Stopped in for lunch on our way through town with friends. Food was consistent with what I've eaten at other locations. Server was polite and friendly.
Food was under cooked cold in the middle. Gave me stale hard garlic bread. Overkill on the ceaser salad sauce. Salted the ceaser salad sauce and the croutons were wet and soggy. Presentation was good. Over all quality was horrible. Do not recommend.
Awful experience! Food came with a dead fly and after reporting it to the waitress they replaced the meal and didn’t coming back to the table. Drinks sat empty and had to go to the front to pay the bill. Manager came over to apologize at the very end. Poor service and poor management. Boston pizza food is always poor and expensive. Won’t return! UPDATE: BP’s send the copy/paste response, I sent info in the company site, zero response. Check box complete I guess. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
