Awful experience! Food came with a dead fly and after reporting it to the waitress they replaced the meal and didn’t coming back to the table. Drinks sat empty and had to go to the front to pay the bill. Manager came over to apologize at the very end. Poor service and poor management. Boston pizza food is always poor and expensive. Won’t return!
Stopped for lunch today… ordered Thai chicken wrap. Not only was the Chicken pink and not cooked, But there was nothing crisp looking about the wrap it was soggy and not what it is supposed to be. My son ordered the kids cheeseburger, which was not only rock hard but literally dripping with grease. Gross. Got up and left. Will never go there again.
What you see is what you get with BP’s. Service and food was up to par and always recommend fish bowl Fridays!
Had supper tonight , food was gross . -1 for $118.00 no tip today , CS also needs to improve .
