Ordered no pickles. Got an obscene amount of pickled. Not the first time this has happened

I ordered lemon pepper wing and whiskey bbq ribs…I got lemon pepper ribs and whiskey bbq wings. Very upsetting ribs were gross as lemon pepper
Did pick-up on a takeout order. It wasn't great. Not bad by any means but just kinda sub-par. Placed order for 605pm. We pulled into the parking lot at like 602 and my husband went in to get the food. Staff experience was unremarkable. The shareables we got kinda seemed stale or overcooked or something.. the pasta was decent. The garlic bread was very very soft.
