Mom & I love BPs, but this location wasn't particularly handicap accessible. The assigned parking is to the right of the front door. And the ramp is waaay on the far left side of the building. Mom uses a walker and it was too far for her to go. So we struggled and she climbed the front stairs. I'm sure glad she didn't fall.
The food was average for the price, but the service was unacceptable – even by Boston Pizza standards. The server, a young woman with long curly black hair, seemed annoyed the moment I ordered a non-alcoholic drink, frowning as if I was wasting her time. Meanwhile, she hovered over the table beside me, constantly refilling their beers with a big smile, while I was left waiting. Sat here for 20 mins no server so I left
food was fantastic, not to mention our server Emma, she was super kind and attentive, and genuinely wonderful! definitely recommend!
