Horrible customer relations from the manager, very rude and disrespectful. We were in there for a family meetup, they would not accommodate our need for 1 more seat due to their reservations so we sent our child to hang out with his team be able to sit in the lounge. We were rudely approached again by the manager due to us taking up too much space. Would not recommend, will not be back, there are better places in Bonnyville to spend your hard earned money than Boston Pizza.
Service was great. Food was ok. Couldnt see any tvs where we were sat.
I came into Boston Pizza yesterday hoping to enjoy a nice meal after my shift, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I was served by a staff member, young, tall and blonde, and while I understand being a server can be difficult. She was very rude, and slammed my plate onto the table. I don’t typically make complaints, but this interaction made the experience unpleasant. I wanted to bring it to your attention so it can be addressed moving forward.
Had a few good experiences here and a few not so good. One girl fell asleep with me while there so they asked us to leave. Not mad about that. But little booth sitting. I love my booth sitting. Great to watch a game. Or check out the new fish bowl. 3 stars for trying but more of a patio girl.
