We've just eaten at Boston Pizza and this will be the last time. We waited over 40 min because my 3 year old son's dish was forgotten (it was his birthday and we made it clear). It's very difficult to keep a child of this age patient for so long for a very simple dish of fries and a burger. There are posters all over the front of the restaurant saying that if we wait more than 20 minutes we'll get a refund, but we've learned that the children's menu cancels this offer, so no refund, a real shame and misleading advertising.
