Terrible terrible management. We booked. 2.5 hours prior to be told by manager that we did not. 2 nd time this had happened at this location. Manager claims she was the only one there. Nope. There is a full staff and was. Bottom line ball was dropped by staff and manager did zero to accommodate. Counted many tables open that are “held” for bookings. Just not ours.
Always consistent food and great friendly service
If you get a chance to visit this particular location, do yourself a favor and don’t. 👍🏼 Our party of 4 waited about 40 minutes for our appetizers and probably another 20 minutes or so for our entrees. The triple pepperoni pizza was barely palatable and when we requested to speak to a manager - that didn’t happen. My wife had fries with her meal and was offered ketchup… we live about 2 hours away and we’re still waiting for that elusive bottle of ketchup..😳.
