Always love the pierogi pizza.
It really throws me off if the place has bad customer service. My friend ordered pizza online and I drove to the resto to pick it up, 3 crew members at the receiving area are unhelpful and giving a vibe of no willingness to serve. Showed a screenshot of the order, gave the name the order is coming from and was just informed that this might be the wrong location and directed me to go to the Venetian branch instead which is about 5km away. If you like sports bars, this one has a great atmosphere. Haven't been here in a while, so I gave the pizza a try again, disappointed again, bland, not sure what's going on with the dough, from frozen maybe? and thick. Wings were a bit undercooked for our liking (about $20/ 8 wings) Draft beer is always fresh and cold. Server was friendly and mostly attentive. Good bar - Sad food
Tonight was a bit of a disappointment coming to this restaurant. Being that myself, my partner and daughter aren't from the area we kind if expected more. Our waitress was Linda if I remember correctly. All went well until the end when it came to pay the bill. Once I paid the bill, she noticed that I didnt leave a tip (as its optional, and the bill wasnt cheap) she decided to make a remark. They made us a great Canadian pizza (pepperoni, mushrooms, cheese etc.), and a lovely fresh poutine with cheese curds. Clean restaurant, great service :) Atmosphere maybe noisy when it's busy.
