Phenomenal staff with a very welcoming atmosphere. Food is good though as a chain its fairly mid-range, leaning a bit more towards an affordable night out than fine dining, but thats kind of the nature of chains.

Something has gone terribly wrong at this location since the spring. We’ve been eating here regularly for over a decade without a bad experience (it was definitely one of the best chain restaurants in Muskoka for consistency and great service). Every order we’ve gotten for the last few months has been awful! Always stuff missing; this last time I had to argue and have them reprint a receipt (they didn’t provide one) then pull everything out to show they’d forgotten an entire entree and sides. Went out for dinner with family from Ottawa to celebrate a 64 year wedding anniversary. I was shocked to experience the disorganization and frantic atmosphere with service! I have NEVER experienced this at a Boston pizza...especially at the Bracebridge location. We waited for an hour for our food, drinks were slow or forgotten, sometimes twice! Had a chance to visit the Boston Pizza at Bracebridge. The place is marvellous. Crazy busy on a Friday evening. We were greeted well, served even better but out of I don’t know from where our food was not served well. Not sure if it was waiting before it was served or it was preparation like that to make our pizza like Cardboard. Besides that servers are great, environment was cozy. Could be a great place for wonderful evening drinks and dinner with family.
