I’m a tourist from Mexico and while visiting the town, of course I had to stop at my favorite place in the world! I have a severe physical disability and partial mental specialities so grandson is helping me write this. Grandson had pizza with sour cream on it and I had soup and tea but needed to go to the bathroom (emergency) but didn’t want to upset Steven so I waited. On August 5, 2025, I attended Boston Pizza for my mother’s birthday dinner at approximately 6:30 p.m. We had 11 people with us for our family dinner. We had our drink orders taken by the waitress and she neglected to ask my sister if she would like a drink as she was sitting between all the children. We all patiently waited for the waitress to bring us menus which after 25 minutes never happened, my wife went to the hostess area and grabbed menus for all of us.
