Saturday night. No floor manager that I could see. Waitress at one point we’re not on the floor. Table service was really bad. Sadly Jasmine was our waitress, a very nice person but it seems overwhelming for her with the amount of tables or maybe it was a lack of training. Will go again since the food was good. Hope management understands to be on the floor and manage the team.
Everything was above expectations. On my way to Turtle Jacks and decided to detour to BP. Meagan was a great server !!! Offered options and opinions which definitely helped me with my food choices with zero regrets. We need more “personality” in servers … thank you Meagan !
The Noisy kids in the bar was a bit of a drag, but Meaghan’s service made up for it !!! She is wonderful! We will be back simply because of how great she was. Give this girl a promotion and a raise. Some of the best service we’ve had.
Food was on point.. quick hot and attention to detail for the little add ons we had.. the young male server was awkward towards my small child lol didn't know how to make all talk but I enjoyed every bite of the apps mains and dessert!!
