Ordered lasagna to go and had to wait 35 minutes for the order to be ready, and when we brought it home the container was only 2/3 full...phoned Manger on duty at the Vegreville branch and she did not seem to care...have never had such disgusting service, unacceptable quality or quantity of product from any other Boston Pizza franchise
Alexis M was amazing. We showed up on fathers day not even thinking about the timing and the day and it was packed! She was on point and was so great with the kids. We would absolutely go back purely for her service. Also, that chicken club I got was pure deliciousness, it was so much better than the shit here in Edmonton. Thank you for knowing how to cook and hire great servers!
