I ordered Parmesan Shrimp Alfredo. Comparing it to the same dish in New Minas, N.S., today's at Truro's location was terrible. There were 6 tiny salad shrimp, one of which was not edible because half of it was black. The noodles were chewy and while the Alfredo sauce was good, there was barely enough to cover the noodles. Mentioned the poor quality to the waitress who didn't return until time to pay, and had taken 10% off the price of the meal for the lack of shrimp, totalling a saving of $2.40. Wow! The food is great for a big corpa but very tasty no real complaints maybe a few things I would change, but nothing was mentioning. At one point, the waitress handed our drinks, but never made eye contact she was looking at Another table because they were sending back their order. Which It didn’t look too good but we Proceeded to order and our food was quite tasty and it was an enjoyable meal. I took deserve to go. We’ll see how that is but four out of five stars a bad. I recommend the maple burger it was Delicious
Our server Elena was super! She has served us on the regular and always with friendly and attentive service.
Everytime we go to Boston Pizza in Truro we luck out and get Elena as our waitress. She is always upbeat, positive, remembers us and is truly what great customer service should look like. She makes the whole experience a 10 out of 10 even when our monster children are acting out. The food is always good but she's always great!
Stopped here passing through Truro. Delicious food and super friendly staff. Our server Elena was amazing - very quick and super easy to talk to. Was a very different experience than some BP back home. Will definitely stop here again.
