Nice local pizza and burgers restaurant with a sports bar and good menu. Pretty easy to find something you’d like and it’ll be good. I was in the mood for a burger so tried their Boston sized Burger and enjoyed every bite. It’s one of those double stacked burgers so can be difficult to actually get in your mouth to eat. One of these days maybe they’ll figure out a way to make a gourmet burger that isn’t 8” tall when assembled. Here’s hoping. Worst location, I went too! It took too long for someone to come to take the order. There were only us at the time around 8:45pm, maybe closing time! Idk..The food looked and tasted old or went bad! I ordered kids' burgers, onion rings, mashed potatoes, etc.. It was so bad we didn't eat. I told the worker and she gave me a discount for some of it..I was disappointed with everything... I go to Boston Pizza with my kids most of the time. Morningside location is way better, food, and fresh ! Not recommend!
The service was brutal…..the waiter disappeared for about 20 minutes after we ordered (no other wait staff) …food was ok..I had forgotten that most of their food is prepared from frozen so doesn’t have that fresh, homemade look and taste. I was disappointed that after getting up to leave, and complaining about the poor service, they did nothing to try and fix the situation…. I wasn’t expecting a free meal, but even offering a free pop would have gone a long way
Rutvik was our server at Boston Pizza in Pickering and treated us to a very enjoyable early birthday celebration, a wonderful outgoing, positive personality that did not think twice about anything that we requested of him or the restaurant for our meal. He was fast, efficient, and a joy to be in his company. I asked to speak to the manager, indicating to him that we were over the top happy with Rutvik and will certainly return sooner than later.
