Came here to catch up with an old friend over dinner. Food was good - fresh and tasty. For mid-week, it was REALLY loud. Originally it was just background conversation noise, but then karaoke started in the bar area a little later on. My friend and I were nearly yelling to hear each other, seated in the far dining area. Servers were friendly and helpful, restaurant was clean and inviting, though the noise was a real thing. Service was very fast as we were in a rush and stopped by the Boston pizza to have quick lunch.
We came to watch Game 2 of the World Series. Our server, was attentive to get our orders, and then she disappeared. Whenever we needed something, we had to wait or speak with someone else. At one point I had to go and find her. Not once did she come over to ask if we were enjoying our meal, etc. Then, it came time to pay the bill, that was another issue, waited and waited only to find out that their machines were down. We went there, me and my wife, and the service was really disappointing. We waited around 15 minutes while they served people who came in after us. After a while, we just gave up and left without ordering anything. Definitely not a good experience.
