I attempted to eat out at this location, there was people eating and drinking and didn’t close for another two hours. I had my suitcase on me as i was travelling. The man told me they were closed, when they clearly were not. I’m unsure if this was profiling or just laziness on the staffs part.
Zero customer service. Waited over 15 minutes for a server to show up at table and had to ask for our order to be taken. Restaurant was not busy at the time. Appetizers and meals were all brought to table at once with no idea where orders went. Table left with dirty dishes after dessert was ordered and placed. We were shocked that 18% gratuity was added to our bills without our knowledge - Definitely won’t be back.
