I had placed an order on uber eats and ordered the panookie but wanted it with the ice cream. i called the store and asked but they said jenny said they weren’t able to on an uber eats order because of the charge. when i got my food the ice cream was there with a note from jenny!! the food AND icecream was perfect! thanks jenny!!
We had one of the worst dining experiences ever at Boston Pizza on the night of September 4, 2025. I ordered a gluten-free Chicken Mushroom Fettuccine. The server told me it was available, but instead they brought me penne – completely different from what I asked for. My brother ordered a Chicken Fettuccine with two extra garlic breads topped with mozzarella cheese. What he got was just a plain fettuccine and one bland, tasteless piece of toast. they ripped me off ,,,, i order pizza 8 pieces and they charged me for 10 pieces pizza ,,, dont go to this location or if you go to another location just make sure you are ordering based on their official website ,, the website shows how many pieces the pizza is and how much is its price
