Well stopped by Boston Pizza and I must say there's been a major improvement with the service and the staff drinks were fantastic atmosphere was great nice to see positive changes with this place!
This would mark the second experience that sub par doesnt even remotely do justice to. Attached is all of the points of contact from our server where we were asked if we needed anything. This screenshot only starts immediately when food was ordered. This was around 40 minutes after arriving. First "lap" indicates when a server finally acknowledged my empty glass, which was nearly empty when food was ordered. (I could have said something when I ordered.
