I dont typically write bad reviews, but maybe the restaurant can take this review and improve a few things. Our server was great, but the food was gross. Quality has gone down A LOT and this is the last time we will step foot in Boston pizza as its gone downhill a lot over the years. Our kids french fries were still basically raw (undercooked). ALLY is amazing! she was so attentive and efficient, she really ensured we were well taken care of!
The WORST lasagne we have ever had the misfortune to eat. Ordered takeout and opened up the foil package of “baked” lasagne. Literally all noodles, barely any sauce with no evidence of any meat. About a tablespoon of cheese melted on top. So dry, came with a tiny soggy piece of garlic bread product. May as well have saved ourselves $40 and just thrown a $5 frozen lasagne from Walmart in the oven. Ordered pizzas last week and they were just ok. Honestly awful compared to other BP’s. It's BP's the service was good. Same food from BC to SK. No complaints but nothing to brag about either.
Nice place. Ate in the lounge which was nice and clean. Bit the bathroom was too far away for convenience. The noise level for a lounge was good - you could actually hear the other person and we weren't yelling at each other. Would recommend.
