Stopped in tonight and had Peter B. as our server. This guy was the best server we've ever had at Boston Pizza. The guy was a genuinely like-able sort. And it's obvious that he makes the conscious decision to enjoy himself at work, not just show up with a "ughhh, work" mentality that most of us are so familiar with. Was a real pleasure visiting Boston Pizza tonight. Best ever
My girlfriend’s family and I had a very pleasant time here yesterday. The food was good, as usual, but I was more impressed with the staff. They were friendly, professional, the service was good, and they seemed to enjoy their jobs. I’m only stressing this because such things are becoming rarer in the industry and among restaurants in Regina. It’s why I don’t go out much anymore because too often restaurant workers aren’t very professional or care about service. So to your team and management I wanted to say good on you.
I would have given this establishment a zero if I could have. They forgot my to go order and I was forced to wait for it, after ordering it at the start of my meal. The service was extremely poor and slow. The waitress was unpleasant. I was thoroughly disappointed. It was a truly terrible experience.
I tried the 'Cajun Chicken Bacon Penne'. It was the most disgusting thing I have had in a long time. There was not a hint of Cajun whatsoever, and it tasted like someone spilled a pail of parmesan into the sauce. Not to mention the 'grilled chicken' which had all the flavour and texture of tofu cubes. It even looked more like tofu than the sliced and grilled chicken you see from this dish's photo in the menu.
