This location is mine and my kids (6&8) favorite BP location. Food is always great, no wait times and friendly service. Tonight, we encountered the most kind and thoughtful server - Elisha. She went above and beyond checking in and just had the sweetest nature and made our dinner so much more enjoyable. Tania
Shockingly bad pizza. Couldn't believe it because it didn't used to be like this. Hadn't been to a Boston Pizza for a while and I likely won't be back for a long time. Panookie was good, as usual.
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years and always appreciated the warm atmosphere and friendly staff however, over the past few months I’ve noticed a change. The overall morale seems to have gone down. Staff no longer seem to be happy and the energy in the restaurant just feels off. Last night, my family and I dined at this for the first time, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of a server named Kaylee. After our food was delivered, no one returned to check on our needs, leaving us feeling neglected.
