This is by far a very nicely laid out Boston Pizza. I find some locations claustrophobic. However my pet peeve here was the lack of customer focus. We walked in with the family and the gals at the front desk kept chatting for few minutes as though we were invisible. When we were sat down, the waitress and server reacted as though they were working as hostages; against their wishes. Where is the cheerful welcome? The food is fantastic. It hit the spot.
