Food was ok but dirty dirty dirty restaurant, greasy fingerprints everywhere, chunks of food stuck on the walls and furniture, sticky table. Felt gross sitting there.

ZERO STARS – We had an absolutely horrible experience at this Boston Pizza on Ontario Street in St. Catharines. We arrived as a group of 4 adults and 1 toddler, and the restaurant was nearly empty—only about 3 other tables. We were seated, given menus, and told a server would be with us shortly. After waiting, we ordered drinks (coffee, two pops, and a juice for the toddler) and explained we needed two separate bills. Dinner was going well until we realized that the servers get treated really badly here. This girl in the back, I thought I heard someone call her Kady or Kathy was literally screaming at the servers. What kind of place are you running? Those poor servers...like treat your staff right! I won't be returning if this is how your staff is treated. Smh

Avoid the server named Lauren. The interaction was unnecessarily hostile and completely ruined the experience. We went there to celebrate a birthday with our own cake but ended up taking it back home to celebrate instead. Very disappointing. I hope the owner addresses this and ensures better staff training.
