Understaffed. Poor bartender had to serve the whole bar for Thursday Night Football. Salad came with very little dressing; would have been correctable if the server had time to follow up
⭐ 1/5 — Absolutely Terrible Experience One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The waiter was incredibly rushy and made it feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Had a great experience at Boston Pizza! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everyone greeted us with a big smile. A special shoutout to General Manager Donna Amo and Kitchen Manager Anabeth Bengcan. They were both very friendly, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s clear that they care about their customers and their team. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and a wonderful overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Just moved to Red Deer from Ontario, stayed at a hotel for the week and this was my go to spot almost every night, not just for the food but the amazing staff and service. They all were great, every staff knew what I like to order. I don’t think I have been to a BP anywhere where they have such friendly staff. Once I find my permanent home in Red Deer, I am sure I’ll be back at this location. Thank you to the staff and management
