My friend and I walked in for a drink before a movie, the manager told the bartender not to serve him because she could smell alcohol on him. This was before we had anything to drink. When we confronted the manager, she was unapologetic and doubled down, which we found offensive and ridiculous. We went next door for a drink and were served no problem, the staff there were shocked at our story but not surprised as they had heard lots of negative reviews about this BPs location. Perhaps the management could use some training.
Kaiki was our server and they were awesome!! Very polite, and top notch service the entire meal. Food was delicious. We had a pizza and barbq chicken nachos. The nachos were fantastic!
My family and I came into dinner yesterday evening. Our server Adrianna was super sweet, friendly and attentive. Our steak was a bit overdone but the evening was enjoyable nonetheless.
