Restaurant was ok, food was terrible and staff were ok. Only leaving a 5 star review for the 20% off my bill. I did find a beetle in my salad though, I don’t believe they wash their produce. This restaurant has definitely gone downhill over the past couple of months.
I had an amazing experience during my visit to Boston Pizza yesterday afternoon, and I want to give a special shoutout to our server, Raj. From the moment we arrived, Raj was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She anticipated our needs without being intrusive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. I usually eat out at BP. Today’s my sister in law’s birthday, so we tried Crossiron Mills branch. It was around 3pm, so we’re expecting the place is full, however it was less than 50% occupied. As soon as we entered, we were not greeted by the front staff, as she’s not seeing a group of people in front of her. When about to get her attention, she walked away.
