Decided to check out “Boston Pizza”. Ok, no. Bottom tier, basic franchise restaurant with a burger costing >$20? Ahahaha!! Pass. ANYWHERE else is a better deal. Got up and left immediately. Update: Actually wound up eating here. Wow. No heating and the service was bad but at least the food SUCKED. What a dump.
Waitress provided very poor service. The door hostess and other staff members were friendly, but our table’s waitress was not attentive (we had other staff help us with getting condiments, drink refills, etc). Multiple errors with the bill - in the end, she charged us for things that had discounts for (ie free starter, use of kids meal card). BP's cougar ridge Calgary. Smaller venue compared to others I frequent for wing Wednesday all over the city to meet with friends. Staffed well though the greet to get initial service I felt was but slow for the amount of staff.. I had friends to chat with so not much of a big deal. Once order was taken, drinks showed up in decent time and food was cooked(wings) cooked the same as always. Good.
We had a party of 7 adults, one toddler, and a baby, dining out for my daughter's birthday. Everything was slow. There was a twenty minute break between the first and last of our orders being taken. Twenty minutes between the first and last meals being brought to the table, one meal that was so late the staff comped a dessert, and thirty five minutes between two of our party ordering dessert and getting it.
