I don’t like writing bad reviews, as being in the service industry myself, I understand how challenging it can be. However, I work very close by, and have yet to have a good experience, at this BP. On all three visits, my food order, In the lounge was either wrong or completely forgotten. I was hoping this would be a good “go to” place for myself and my.colleagues during happy hour breaks or after work, but it’s not meant to be. Careful when ordering on Skip, portions have gotten much smaller for delivery it seems. Literaly no cheese on the Nachos. The dip had a burnt taste to it and the bread was not edible. Food was so cold most of our meal went straight to the garbage. Skip offered some money back but not even close to what should have been given.
The was the most disgusting experience
Lovely server.
Manager Thomas. Felt bad vibe with he and his staff. I left as I saw employee being mistreated.
