Jade was our server, and her service was nothing short of abysmal. It took her well over an hour just to come by our booth, which is absolutely unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that claims to value its customers. Experiences like this are exactly why people don’t want to return — it leaves a bitter taste before the food even arrives.
