Haven’t been to this place in over a year- thought I would give them another chance. Pictured below: “chicken & mushroom fettuccine” featuring canned mushrooms you can still taste the vinegar in, old stale fettuccine, and some type of white liquid resembling sauce. Notably missing: chicken. I think this is likely the worst BP in Canada.
I always order the same kids meal from Boston Pizza, and it has always come with a big portion of fries and a full cup of ice cream. This time? The fries were literally 4–5 pieces, and the ice cream was less than half a scoop — absolutely pathetic (please see the attached photos). My daughter was so excited for her meal, especially the ice cream. But as soon as she opened the package, her face dropped. Jenime was a wonderful. She made sure our food has no meat and helped us understand all options available.
Always have a great experience at Boston Pizza! I love the food, the games, and the atmosphere — it’s always a fun place to be. The customer service is also really good. I especially appreciate Ciara — she’s the best! Her service stands out from all the other servers. Highly recommend!
