They are usually very good here which is why I always tip well and express my thanks to the staff, but tonight was incredibly disappointing. We ordered wings and what we got were basically the worse wings I've ever had. Very little sauce and undercooked, which was surprising because it took nearly 30 minutes to arrive. The bones seemed to all be shattered midway as well. The worst part about our experience was the heavily cologne scented server. It was toxic and nauseating. Worst experience at this location.

Extremely disappointing experience at this Boston Pizza location. My pregnant wife went to redeem her birthday pizza and dessert while ordering several takeout pizzas for our family. One employee ignored her at the entrance and later spoke rudely while refusing to help, even after she explained she was pregnant and uncomfortable dining in. It made no sense to expect her to sit alone and eat a small pizza while ordering takeout for the whole family. My family goes to Boston pizza quite frequently, but never this location. We've never had an issue, but this time honestly the food was super lackluster. My husband ordered ribs and they were extremely chewy, almost undercooked. They just were not good at all. Even the coleslaw that came with the ribs was very underdressed, he ended up throwing away half the meal. The server was actually super kind and sweet we really liked her, but the food was not it.
