Service was good! But Food was mediocre and bathrooms were dirty.
I placed an order tonight, got home, and realized it was missing the most important part, the protein. I called right away, and they told me it would be ready by the time I arrived. When I got there, it still wasn’t ready. I ended up waiting for them to make the protein, which was a complete waste of time. I asked to speak with the manager, and a this manager came out, offering no apology or concern, just saying my meal was “being prepared.” Absolutely unacceptable service from top to bottom.
