I had a really disappointing experience at this Boston Pizza location, largely because of the manager, Jeff. His attitude came across as very passive-aggressive when dealing with customers, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, he seemed irritated and dismissive. Had the 15 dollar noon menu, ordered a hamburger, it was terrible no flavor, no condiments, will never be back, sorry for the negativity. Do to how the times are going I think it's advantages to do the best, sometimes comes as a cost to keep customers.
