I recently visited Boston Pizza and had a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. The food was excellent, especially the fish and chips — perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a fresh taste that really stood out. I recently visited this restaurant and had a pretty disappointing experience. The food itself was okay, nothing particularly memorable, but was Boston pizza standards. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the visit. Our server came across as rude and inattentive from the start, which made us feel unwelcome. What made it worse was overseeing staff gossiping about our table, which is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable as a customer.
