Unfortunately, our experience at Boston Pizza in Grimsby was disappointing. The restaurant feels outdated, including the washrooms, and it appears that maintenance and upkeep have been neglected. Service was slow and seemed disorganized, which made the overall dining experience less enjoyable. The men’s urinals did not flush properly and often left urine behind, which was unsanitary and added to the impression that the washrooms were not being properly maintained.
