We came in on a Friday afternoon and were very disappointed with the experience . Reina , The host, was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She did not greet us when we arrived, appeared annoyed, and even walked away while speaking to us. What made the experience more frustrating was that the restaurant was not busy at all, so there was no obvious reason for the poor attitude. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in.
Loved our server she was lovely, kind and super friendly. But I dont know if he was a manager or a host of the restaurant. He had this attitude in every sentences he said. Longer hair with glasses Caucasian man. He shouldn’t be in the customer service industry… he acted like very entitled and seemed to be bothered by just normal questions.
