I have never had such a horrible experience before. We went to the Sumas location for their happy hour. We ordered nachos and banderas bread. We even pointed to the happy hour menu to ensure that’s what we were getting. The server brought out our food and it was in pretty big portions which was pleasantly surprising because we never ordered them before. The General Manager at this location Sharnjit Singh has absolutely NO customer service skills. It was already a crappy day after learning a dear friend of ours passed away earlier that morning. We came in specifically for appy hour to take our minds off the news for a moment. I want to point out that our server Riley W was absolutely great to us (again cute earrings!) but unfortunately she punched in full sized Bandera bread and Nachos instead of the appy sized ones.
