I’m extremely disappointed with Boston Pizza - Sumas. After three bad experiences in a row, it’s clear that this location has serious management and service issues. First visit: I waited over 25 minutes just for a beer. When I finally asked, the server told me the manager had decided to hold a staff meeting during service. Completely unacceptable. This was probably one of the worst experiences at a Boston pizza my family and I have ever had. We only received one appetizer when two were ordered. Half of us received our food 20 minutes before everyone else. Asked for something to be removed from a dish, it was not. Eventually, they brought the second appy out when we were almost done our meals. They only gave us half off discount for the appy and half a discount on the messed up order. We visited on Saturday, Jan.24 at 5:30pm. The hostess and manager in the lobby were friendly and sat us right away (table of 5). The busy atmosphere and chatter of people at their tables was nice. We only had an hour before we needed to leave for the Abbotsford Canucks game but our server Saanjh was very friendly and when we asked if we could order drinks and food all at once so we could make the game, she made it happen.
