Dear Boston Pizza Management, I am writing as a recent customer to share a concern about my experience at one of your locations. During my visit, I observed what I felt was inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from a manager toward staff members. Food is always good, atmosphere is meh 1 thing on all TVs most of the time. Service always brutal. I always think it's going to be better if I go again and I'm always disappointed in the service. I understand things can happen since I use to be in the industry but that's not the case. Last time I was in I was at the bar, and it took 7 minutes for anyone to approach me while 3 workers chatted at the end of the bar.
