Over 35 minutes to wait for a take out? Hire more staff. Your place is over half empty. And please have your staff not call people darlin’, honey, or sweetie. They’d hate it if men called them that. Have some respect for your customers that are clearly annoyed at waiting over 35 minutes for their order. It took 44 minutes for my order to come out from the time I ordered. My wife and i have been at Boston pizza for Valentine's Day and also tonight. Somehow we seem to have gotten the same server. I believe her name is Lily . And it was not very busy couple couples, some with children .Like the food takes forever to get to you. 20-30 minutes before you even see any drinks..the server (lily) acting kind of childish with her demeanor ,needs to definitely act more professional .
