On October 5th, 2025, at approximately 8 p.m., my in-laws went to the Boston Pizza in Chilliwack, BC for dinner with my father-in-law’s sister, whom they had not seen in over a year. They ordered food, including pizza and wings, and my father-in-law had three drinks with his meal with no drinks prior to arriving. Horrible experience. Host wasn’t friendly and didn’t seem to understand when we asked to sit in front of the bar. Waited 10 minutes for our drinks and was then told after drinks were served that we must order food. Not being from BC we never knew this and were forced to then order food which took 30 minutes to come out. Would not recommend

My friend and I took my grandchildren there tonight for dinner. We waited 15 mins or more to be seated and half the restaurant was empty. We waited for about 45 mins for our food.which was crazy. My fries were ice cold when they arrived. The ceiling fans were on high and it was freezing. Would not recommend .

I took my son for dinner tonight and our experience was not a great one. We waited about 15 20 mins to be seated All good it is a Friday night at 6pm. The host seated us and said "I'll be right back with cutlery he never came back. Once seated we sat there for about another 10 mins before I think was our server ( did not introduce himself so we were unsure )and just asked do you know what you want to eat, I asked for our drinks and asked about a option on the menu and if I could get soup for my choice of side.
