Forgot a meal from a pick up order and wont refund. Only a credit. The manager kim was rude and pointed out the no refunds, only credit. Dont want to spend anymore money when they consistently forget and have lower quality food. I mean, 3.3 on here is pretty evident of them as an establishment.
Road tripping home to Alaska. Stopped for a quick pizza and beer. William greeted me immediately, accommodated my request for a quiet corner I could make a few phone calls from. Beer in an ice cold mug, pizza with a few special requests came out quickly and just right. They checked on me regularly and delivered a top notch lunch experience. Rock star food and service. Went to Boston pizza late Sunday night for take out and I'm not sure what exactly your suppose to get for 55$ . let's just say I was probably better off going to McDonald's or Wendy's! Boston pizza is definitely not what it use to be and no napkins or cutlery .it takes a lot to get a 1 star rating . Maybe next time it will be better
Went for a dinner date with husband tonight, the waitress(Madison) didn’t greet us properly! No smile nor warmth! We ordered Thai bites which is our usual app. The bites were super dry! Then we ordered mushroom and spinach bake, which was super dry! Very little mushrooms to be precise found 4-5 in the entire plate, asked for side of Alfredo sauce as the other paste very super dry, the waitress didn’t even say sorry, nothing instead in a very rude way said “side of Alfredo?
