What a horrible experience we had at this location for the first time. We have been visiting this location for a few times now since moving to Bradford early last year. I am writing this review at 9:10PM EST. Today (August 18th) we went for dinner around 7PM ish and it was not busy in the bar / lounge area. Our server took us to our booth and we placed an order for a veggie quesadillas and a Large Veggie pizza. My grand kids asked my wife and I to take them for dinner at Boston Pizza Bradford. I last ate there about 3 year ago and it was awful. The manager at that time recognized it was bad and gave me a card for a free dinner. I gave it to the waitress and the manager came to the table and said “that guy doesn’t work here anymore” and refused the card. She offered me a 10% coupon for next time. I didn’t except it, there will not be a next time.
