Terrible service , took 5 requests for water that should have been at table , and to top it off manager gave accidental discount , I was showed the discount and told it was okay to not worry about it then 5 minutes later asked to pay the discount after I had paid the bill. I refused to pay for their mistake after I was told to not worry about their mistake , afterwards all I got was dirty looks from blue shirt manager .

I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was so bad, I would be doing a public service. This experience doesn’t even deserve 1 STAR! I arrived at this restaurant expecting to have a nice meal with my kids. Instead, we spent 45 minutes sitting at a table with absolutely no sign of staff servicing us! Not a single staff member acknowledged our existence. I see it’s a busy day but it doesn’t excuse this behaviour- No water, no “we’ll be right with you”— NOTHING. Eventually, we just got up and left.
