Great management team—professional, friendly, and well-organized. They create a welcoming atmosphere and clearly care about both customers and staff. Always a pleasant experience.
Came to Boston Pizza to have a dinner with my family for New Year's Eve at 7 pm, they had the door locked, but we're serving people. After looking in windows, knocking and letting my family look like a bunch of cold crazies, a girl came to the door, quite rude and said "we can't let you in, we're just so under staffed"; when we went back to our car, I watched her open the door for a young couple. I guess you need to be on the inner circle to eat here. Very disappointing.
