From greeters to managers the staff all need additional training. Orders were not completed and the communication was devastating. Horrible experience but still positive feedback to server.
I placed an online order, and the courier brought it an hour early. I was ready to accept it, even though it was a bit disappointing that it arrived too soon, but the courier said it was a system glitch and assured me that the order would be delivered at the scheduled time, freshly cooked and hot.
