This place is disorganized and can't keep track of orders. Was going to dine in at first but was an hour wait to be seated. So I placed an order online and was given a 30 minute wait time. When i arrived to pick up order to find out one item was not ready and the rest of the order was and had to wait another 30 minutes to recive my order. Then to find out that i had not received the cutlery that i had ordered whe i arrived back to my room. Very disappointed with the whole experience.
May long weekend and one server! Poor guy was worked into the ground, Nathan was a great server and needs a raise!!!!
I’ve got the chicken parmesan. It was brilliant with a more than enough sides. Caesar salad, spaghetti, and toasted bread. Loving it. Staff are really helpful, polite. Thanks Boston Pizza of Kenora.
La poutine est tout petite, les frites sont très molles et le fromage a rapé pas bon. Pas d'ustensiles même si on l'a demandé dans la commande, ni de napkin dans une commande à emporter.
Delicious food and fabulous beer and warm atmosphere.
