Some of the worst service, I understood when we were waiting for a large group of people all paying separately, but after they left it was 20 minutes before anyone came by to give us a menu and take our drink order, then even that took a long time to get even though it was a Pepsi and a corona. Not once did a server walk by and ask if the food was good or offer a refill or ask if we wanted another beer. Disappointed BP is usually better then that.

Went to Boston Pizza Kenora for Dinner with my partner and was shocked to see how poor the service standards have dropped since we moved to town. I have been to dozens of Boston Pizzas across 4 different provinces and I have never seen this level of service. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table, which isn't uncommon for busy nights, except it wasn't busy, they had no staff. Very disappointing experience. We had takeout due to staffing issues and ordered bugs and cheese, a vegetarian pizza, and nachos. The portions were much smaller than what we normally get at other Boston Pizza locations, especially the nachos, which had very little toppings and cheese. There were also no chili flakes, salt, or pepper provided. We’ve had much better experiences at other locations. Hopefully the portions and overall quality can be improved.
