Very disappointing experience at Boston Pizza in Whitehorse. The service was some of the worst I’ve experienced. The servers were rude and unprofessional, and at one point I was actually screamed at, which is completely unacceptable when you’re just trying to go out and enjoy a meal. We were also tucked away in a corner with around 20 other people, which made the whole experience crowded and uncomfortable. It didn’t feel like a welcoming or enjoyable place to sit down and eat. Here’s a polished version that keeps the concern clear but fair: Two hostesses helped me during my visit, and unfortunately, the experiences were completely different. The first young lady was very unfriendly. She never smiled, barely made eye contact, and handed me the menu with very little explanation. I don’t want to mention her by name, but I do think she could benefit from some additional training in how to make all customers feel welcomed.
