Never had service like this, waited 5 minutes to be seated, and another 20 without no drinks. But had three staff helping people. I would like to add there was around 7 tables being helped. We just left.
The food here is basically the same as all of the Boston Pizza chains, nothing exceptional, but not terrible. The real problem is with the servers in this establishment. Service with a smile is absolutely non-existent. When we have gone here, we had two different servers, and not one time did they seem like they even wanted to be there. Once it was a shorter girl, with short blonde curly hair, who basically couldn't care less about being nice. A robot would have had a better personality. best place for a big group! awesome pizza! and the waiter was super nice!
Incredible kind and friendly service from an older lady there, I regret that we did not get her name. Our children loved her and she even gave them toys!! Delicious food and nice portion sizes as well.
