We came into Midland for an event and stayed overnight at a local hotel close by. Ordered food to the hotel. Food came without cutlery or napkins. When I called the restaurant to let them know we were missing utensils, they said we dont provide unless requested. Why would I request utensils when that is expected! Also made a request specifically for one of the food items which wasn't done. Substandard food, will never order again. Customer service was unhelpful also!.
Food is amazing, that what brings us back all the time but shoutout to NANCY♥️. Thank you for your amazing service and infectious smile 😊
My husband and I went for dinner tonight and enjoyed Nachos, Chicken & Mushroom Fettucini, and a steak sandwich. Everything was delicious. The garlic bread with the pasta was so buttery and perfectly toasted. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. She did an amazing job keeping a step ahead of my husband's Dr. Pepper refills, which always makes him happy. We sat in a booth which allowed for conversation. Thanks for a lovely evening, Midland BP!
My husband and I came for dinner recently. Chloe A was our server, she was knowledgeable about the menu when I asked questions and was so attentive and bubbly. She provided top notch service!! The food and drinks were great too. We will be back.
