Had an amazing experience here, the staff members are very friendly. The health care professionals were very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Such a pleasant experience, highly recommend!!!

Upon reviewing the health summary obtained with difficulties (Not available on their online chart), it became apparent that several inaccuracies were present. Surprisingly, the health report was generated on the day of our request, yet it contained numerous discrepancies. Of particular concern is the unauthorized use of the Rothman Institute's name as a cover-up. While the brace we came for fit and is working, the front staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The office was also hard to find due to no signage except for the small parking signs that say reserved for Boston o&p. Walked around trying to find it was extremely frustrating. $25 for a sock for my kids arm seems exorbitant. No help with the claim being rejected for insurance. Wouldn’t even consider submitting a letter of medical necessity and got laughed at for suggesting it. Regret going here.

My daughter has gotten both of her leg AFOs custom made here at Boston, and they made sure they fit her and did not hurt her.Her favorite part was picking out her custom color/designs for her AFOs! If there were ever an issue with my daughters AFOs being readjusted, all I would have to do is call, an they will get us right in! I would Highly Recommend this facility for your brace needs! All of the staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about what they do!
