Our son received excellent care and attention over several years. His technician was very competent. We may have waited to be seen, but our appointment was never rushed. We had multiple braces made - all top notch.
Terrible customer/ patient service. The receptionist was more interested in listening and deleting voicemails than greeting us when we walked in and stood there waiting to be acknowledge. When she finally did I gave her my daughter's name and appt time, she checked her monitor then stood walked over to the printer/ fax gave us her back and that was as much greeting/courtesy that we got. Terrible. Never on time. You can be the first person through the door and still wait over 10 minutes past your appointment time to be seen.
