We love Boston O & P! We worked with Audrey, who is fantastic, for our son’s helmet and she was able to get his head from measuring at a severe asymmetry to normal. Everyone was great to work with and we highly recommend using them if you have the need.
Sophia went above and beyond for us, and the same has been true with everyone we’ve ever worked with there. Very professional and kind.
Admin staff, in particularly billing, has been so unhelpful. I am familiar with billing processes from other providers and have never experienced these many obstacles - from trying to get someone on the phone to getting the correct documentation. Awful!
Our experience here was brief but so pleasant that I wanted to post. Another office in the building said we could try to drop in and see if they'd have any availability to follow up on something. The staff was so friendly and fit us in really quickly!
Nick has been making my AFOs for years. I have seen many orthotists in my life and none have listened or been as thoughtful as Nick. He is skilled, thorough, a creative problem solver and frankly the best at what he does. I have recommend him to friends and patients many times and they have all also reported back that they had a wonderful experience as well. I live less than 5 minutes from another well-known clinic but don’t hesitate to drive the extra 30+ minutes to see Nick
